Vibrosifter  

Vibro Sifter is an efficient and compact unit, self contained and mounted on castor wheels. Vibro Sifters have circular unitary vibrating screen used for gradation of material. Its performance is proven over the rotatory or longitudinal movements used in the conventional type of sieving machine both in terms of output and uniform grading of material. Specially designed motor with eccentric weights mounted on the output shaft of the motor imparts vibratory motion to the hoppers, which has a screen in between them. Material finer than the screen mesh pass through the screen and collected in the bottom hopper, and fed to the next screen in case of multiple decks. Coarse material is retained on the top of the screen. The amplitude of the vibrations can be varied from minimum to maximum by adjusting the eccentric weight mounted at the bottom shaft of the motor to suit the process requirements in short time.
